Taswyaat Clearing Services provides secure and efficient clearing and settlement services for derivatives contracts, ensuring timely trade completion, mitigating counterparty risk, and enhancing market transparency and stability.
These rules govern the clearing and settlement of trading transactions in derivatives market, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The Rules for Clearing and Settlement of Derivatives Contracts were approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) on 27 January 2026.
The risk management procedures aim to define the core risk management measures associated with clearing and settlement activities that the company may face.

| 8 | Final Settlement | 0.0001 (1 in 10,000) of the open positions value on the contract expiration date, up to a maximum of five thousand EGP or its equivalent in the trading/clearing currency. |
| 9 | Transfer of Clearing Member Positions to Another Clearing Member | 0.001 (1 in 1,000) of the member's open positions value, up to a maximum of five thousand EGP or its equivalent in the trading/clearing currency. |

"The services referred to in items (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) shall be provided free of charge for a period of one year, effective from 01/07/2026."
